James Thompson and citizens of 1st ward of Lawrenceburg presented remonstrance objecting to granting any license to sale of spirits. Cyrus Armstrong, J. H. Rand, David Springer and Charles Patton, of 2nd ward of Lawrenceburg, objected to granting any license.

George Arnold and Warren Tebbs presented petition signed by citizens for a new township out of part of Logan Township to be called Harrison Township. James T. Brown presented remonstrance of citizens of Logan Township. Harrison Township created.

John Godley appointed inspector for elections in Harrison Township. Election to be held at house of Warren Tebbs in Harrison.

James T. Brown, attorney for remonstrance above, asked for an appeal. Appeal granted to Charles Jolly, one of remonstrators. Jolly to file bond with Daniel Baldridge, his security.
