Justine A. Cook et al vs. Charles W. Humphrey; foreclosure of chattel mortgage; judgment for plaintiff for $110.25 and foreclosure of mortgage.

Rosanna Searcy vs. Stephen J. Searcy; divorce; motion for new trial overruled.

Margaret J. Farris vs. Orem McKay et al; foreclosure; judgment for plaintiff and foreclosure.

Jane B. Works vs. Addison Works; divorce; motion for a new trial overruled.

The defendant in the Searcy divorce case was ordered to pay the Clerk of the Switzerland Circuit Court $50 additional attorney’s fees for the plaintiff’s attorneys.

The Judge decided that each party must pay their own costs in the Works divorce case.

Philander S. Sage was appointed Administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Walden, deceased.

James Culbertson, Guardian of Clarence and Nettie Culbertson, filed a report and was discharged as to Clarence and the matter was continued as to Nettie.

John C. F. Baumann, Administrator of the estate of Margaret Scholle, deceased, filed a final report and was discharged.
