State vs. Gabe Gerard and Fred Plew; selling liquor to a minor. Nolle as to Plew; plea of guilty by Gerard—fined $20.

State vs. Gabe Gerard; selling liquor to a minor—nolle.

State vs. Celia Tapp; assault and battery with intent, &c. Tried by Jury, verdict, not guilty.

State vs. Aime Todd; keeping device for gaming—nolle.

State vs. Virgie Simpson; grand larceny. Tried by Jury—verdict of not guilty, because of insanity.

State vs. John Smith (from Kentucky); larceny. Plea of guilty—sentenced two years imprisonment, and disfranchised for two years.

State vs. Hinson Bright; contempt. Finding not guilty—committed to jail until he purges himself of the contempt. Afterwards shows to Court he has purged himself of the contempt and is released.
