Samuel M. Bonnell vs. Anna Fisk et als: on notes. Submitted to Court, and finding and judgment for plaintiff for $2,626.00.

Weed Sewing Machine Company vs. William W. Long et als: on a contract. Transferred to U. S. Court, and time given to file Bill of Exceptions.

William H. H. Turner vs. Edward C. Heady: on an account. Submitted to jury, and finding for defendant, and judgment rendered accordingly.

Mary S. Knox vs. George P. Knox: civil action to change custody of children. Submitted to Court, and finding and judgment as follows: That the defendant, George P. Knox, do now take and bear the custody of George Knox and Walter Knox, two of their children, and that he be charged with their support, maintenance and education. The Court further order and decree that the plaintiff, Mary S. Knox, do have the custody of Bennie Knox, the youngest child of said plaintiff, Mary S. Knox, and that the said George P. Knox pay and contribute to her for the support of said Bennie Knox, the sum of forty dollars per year. That this order so far as it relates to said Bennie Knox to be and remain in full force for five years from this date.
