Geo. S. Pleasants, Admr. of Jonathan Miles, deceased, vs. Sarah A. Miles; petition to sell real estate. The Admr. filed a report of the sale of real estate to Sarah A. Miles. Said report was confirmed.

F. M. Griffith, Guard. of minor heirs of John and Susan Beatty, deceased, filed a partial report.

State vs. Geo. Scott; selling liquor to minor. Plead guilty—fined $20.

State vs. James Joyce; disturbing meeting. Plead guilty—fined $5.

Jas. A. VanOsdol, Admr. of Ealey A. Howard, vs. Lewis F. Works et al; foreclosure. Judgment for plaintiff.

State ex rel D. N. Haydon, Auditor, vs. Mary Fox et al; foreclosure. Judgment for plaintiff.

Jennette Scott Ryan vs. John Scott et al; foreclosure. Judgment for plaintiff.

Lou Neal and Julia Boswell (colored) plead guilty to being prostitutes. Sentence suspended until further order of Court.

State vs. William Plew; assault and battery. Plead guilty—fined $5.

State vs. Frank Scott; selling liquor on Sunday. Four indictments. Plead guilty to one—fined $10. Remaining three nolled.

State vs. Frank Graham; selling liquor to minor. Two indictments. Plead guilty to one—fined $20. Remaining one nolled.

State vs. Leonard Banta; assault and battery. Plead guilty—fined $1.

State vs. Lett Tandy; being a prostitute. Found guilty—sentenced suspended.

William Waltz vs. Andrew J. Watz; to quiet title. Judgment for plaintiff.

State vs. James Neal; drawing knife. Plead guilty—fined $1.

Samuel W. Rochat vs. Medney Tardy; on judgment. Judgment for plaintiff for $92.50.

State vs. Theodore F. H. Sullivan; trespass. Indictment quashed—defendant discharged.

Eliza B. Rayl vs. John Rayl; divorce—granted.

State vs. Hugh Land; assault and battery. Tried—found not guilty.

Five men all guilty to the charge of public intoxication and were each fined $1.
