State vs. Peter Leap; carrying concealed weapons. Trial by Jury; not guilty. In another case, charged with assault to commit murder, the Jury returned a verdict of assault and fined him $200.

Jane Dugan vs. Henry Dugan; divorce. Granted.

John S. Heady et al vs. Andrew V. Brown et al; on contract. Judgment for $434.75.

Ralph R. Stout vs. Silas E. Ward et al; finding for defendant.
