Griffith allowed $10 as costs of administrator; Wesley Bascom allowed $15 on account of last sickness o Mrs. Hindman; James R. Cole allowed $50 as cost of administration.

Estate of William Lawrence, deceased; estate being less than $500, the property was given to widow, Elizabeth Lawrence.

Estate of William Brindley, deceased; claim of John W. Wright for $17.58 allowed.

Henry S. Stucy vs. Edith B. Stucy; divorce. Defendant did not appear. Tried by Court, judgment for plaintiff. The two children Nellie S. and Lillian Gertrude given into the custody of Samuel Stucy until the further order of the Court.

State vs. Bud Banta et al; malicious trespass. Verdict of Jury, not guilty.

Harvey M. Ford vs. Thomas Gilbert et al; partition. Geo. W. McKay and John P. White, Commissioners, submitted their report of partition, which was approved.

Stephen J. Searcy vs. Rosanna Searcy; divorce. Tried by Court, divorce granted, and plaintiff given possession of the three minor children. The defendant given alimony amounting to $4,500.

Several cases continued.
