In the matter of the mutual last wills of Wm. and Sallie Hall, Geo. S. Pleasants, executor; petition to transfer stocks etc., and for distribution of money. Petition granted.

Estate of John Higham, deceased, Thomas Land special administrator; final report approved.

Estate of Lucius E. Potter, deceased, Chas. O. Potter, administrator; final report. Approved.

Guardianship of Albert D. Reeves, Thos. J. Bliss, guardian; partial report. Approved.

State vs. Coburn Pratt; assault and battery with intent to murder. Plea of not guilty; submitted to court upon statement of parties interested. Court finds defendant guilty of assault and battery; fine $50.

State vs. George Higgins; disturbing lawful meeting. Plea of guilty; fine $1.

Henry Buddenburg vs. Kate Buddenburg; divorce. Granted.

State ex rel Joseph E. Hart vs. Eben McKay, Ellen McKay, Jonas McKay, Jr.; school fund foreclosure. Judgment for plaintiff.

State ex rel Elizabeth David vs. Ira Vanatter; bastardy. Judgment for plaintiff for $250.

Augustus Frazier vs. Sarah Frazier, divorce. Motion of defendant to require plaintiff to pay into Court sufficient money to pay her attorney, etc. Prayer granted.

Selar Mead, admr. vs. Henry Nave et al; petition to sell real estate. Sale ordered.

Milton Cole vs. Susan Cole; divorce. Granted.

Edward S. Roberts was appointed official stenographer of the Court.

Daniel Lock was admitted to practice at the bar of Court as an attorney at law.
