Lock, deceased; Rufus Ferguson, guardian, heirs of Darius Stevens, deceased; John Conner, guardian, heirs of Eva and Ellsworth Conner.

Estate of Johnathan C. Ricketts, deceased, Demas M. Ricketts, admr.; final report. Approved. Admr. and bondsman discharged; clerk ordered to make distribution among creditors.

State vs. four young men for disturbing a lawful meeting in the country. Plea of guilty; fine of $5 each and costs.

State vs. John Wright; petit larceny. Stricken from docket.

Hiram H. Bakes, et al, vs. George Larch, Sr., et al, foreclosure. Defendant defaulted. Judgment for plaintiffs.

Philip Markland vs. Edith Markland; to annul marriage. Defendant defaulted; submitted to court. Judgment for plaintiff.

Gustaf H. Schrumpf and Wm. L. Told vs. Taylor Gullion and Hallie Gullion; to quiet title. Said defendants being each minors under 21 years of age, Court appoints George S. Pleasants as guardian ad litem for each of said defendants. Submitted to court. Judgment for plaintiff.

The Alms and Doepke Co. vs. John E. Williams, Wm. A. Williams, partners, vs. J. E. Williams & Bro.; on account; demand $279.40. Defendants defaulted. Judgment for plaintiff.

James W. Tapp, et al, vs. Zebulon Tapp, et al, partition of real estate. Defendants defaulted. Defendants Louis Simmons and Clara Simmons being each minors under 21 years of age court appoints Carrol S. Tandy guardian ad litem for each of said minors. Guardian ad litem files his answer to complaint. Partition ordered. Ordered said real estate be appraised and sold by a commissioner at either public or private sale. George S. Pleasants appointed commissioner.

N. Horoff et al vs. Harvey W. Bear, on account. Defendant defaulted. Judgment for plaintiff for $541.11 and costs.

Lemuel Stevens, Flora Shull, et al; ex parte petition for partition of real estate. Report of commissioners approved. Partition approved.

State vs. Henry Smith; forgery. Plea of guilty. Fined $10.00 and committed to the Indiana Reformatory for a term of time of not less than two years nor more than fourteen years.

Edith M. Bledsoe vs. Ira O. Bledsoe; divorce. Defendant defaulted. Submitted to court. Judgment for plaintiff.

America J. North, et al, vs. Wm. S. Jack and George B. Gibson. Judgment for plaintiff.

State vs. George Rayles; assault and battery. Plea of guilty. Fine $1.00 and costs.

Lizzie Hughes vs. Thomas C. Hughes; divorce. Defendant defaulted. Judgment for plaintiff.

State vs. Charley Baker; arson. Plea of guilty. Fined $5.00 and committed to Indiana Reformator for the term of not less than one nor more than twenty-one years. Defendant 25 years of age.

Ella Buchiet vs. Jacob Buchiet; divorce. Defendant defaulted. Divorce granted and plaintiff given custody of two children.

State vs. David Tague and Jesse Tague; petit larceny. Plea of guilty. Defendants being minors under 21 years of age and this being their first offense, court allows them to go on their own recognizance under a suspended sentence, subject to the order and judgment of this court.

Cordelia Peak vs. Henry L. Walker; on note. Judgment for plaintiff for $200.00 and costs.

Charley Boggs vs. Nancy Boggs; divorce. Defendant defaulted. Divorce granted, and plaintiff given custody of his three children.

State vs. Fred Gilbert; assault and battery with intent to commit murder. Plea of not guilty. Trial by jury. Finding of guilty of assault and battery with intent to commit murder in 2d degree. His correct age 21 years. Fine $5.00, and committed to the Indiana Reformatory for the term of not less than two nor more than fourteen years.
