Franceska Kuntzler arraigned, charge murder in the first degree and aiding and abetting in the first degree. Plea, not guilty.

Joseph Kuntzler arraigned, charge, murder in the first degree. Enters plea of not guilty, and both are remaned for trial.

John W. Reed vs. Geo. W. Tilley—civil action; verdict for plaintiff, $60 and costs.

Younger Picket vs. John H. Miller et al—to recover real estate; judgment for plaintiff.

Day Lester vs. John Lester—petition to be released as surety on Executor’s bond; granted.
