VEVAY. The judicial seat of Switzerland county, is a town of 2,000 inhabitants, on the Ohio river, 100 miles southeast of Indianapolis and 75 below Cincinnati. Has a bank. 3 weekly newspapers, the Reveille, Times and Democrat, are published. Tel., W. U. Mail, daily. Money order office. C. O. Thiebaud, postmaster.
