Administrators’ Notice:

ALL persons indebted to the estate of Baylis Ashby, late of Dearborn county, deceased, are requested to make immediate arrangements to settle the same, and thereby save costs;–and those having claims against said estate, will exhibit them to the subscribers, within twelve months, properly authenticated as the law directs, otherwise they may forfeit all claims on said estate.

Petition for Partition.

To Jane Hampton, (formerly Jane Jack,) Polly Brady, (formerly Polly Jack,) the heirs of Francis Rial, (formerly Francis Jack,) late wife of William Rial, William Jack, America Jack, Preston Jack, and Jon Franklin Jack, heirs of John Jack deceased, take notice that I will apply to the next Circuit Court to be holden in and for the county of Switzerland, and State of Indiana, to appoint commissioners to make partition of the following real estate, situate in the county aforesaid, to wit:

The west half of the North West quarter of section two, in township two, and range one, West; the North West quarter of section eleven, town two and range one; the North East quarter of section — town two, and range one.

Notice.

Public notice is hereby given to Moses Eads, and Margret Eads his wife, formerly Margret Darragh, Polly Darragh, Charles Darragh, Joseph Darragh, and Drusilla Darragh, heirs and legal representatives of Charles Darragh late of Dearborn county deceased, that I have purchased the widow’s right of Dower and two of the undivided shares of, in, over, and to, a ten acre lot of land in the vicinity of Lawrenceburg, being part of fractional section 14, town 5, range one west, and that I shall apply to the Dearborn Circuit Court at their term on the 3d Monday in February next to appoint commissioners to partition and divide, to me my share or dividend of said ten acre of ground, agreeably to the statute in such case made and provided.
