Administrator’s Notice.

ALL persons having claims of any description against the estate of Samuel Kell, late of Laughery township, Dearborn county deceased intestate are requested to exhibit their demands to the subscriber properly authenticated with in twelve months from the 24th day of December, 1822, for statements, and all persons indebted to said estate, are requested to make payment immediately.

Administrators Notice.

ALL persons indebted to the late John Ellis dec’d, are requested to settle their respective debts with the subscriber, and all persons having property belonging to the deceased, will pleas send notice without delay; persons having claims will also present them for adjustment.

A sale of the personal property of said dec’d, consisting of clothing, a bed, bedstead and bedding, some household furniture and will take place on the house of Jonathan Parks in the town of Decatur, on Saturday the 7th day of June next.—Terms made known on the day of sale.
